We want to be the best part of your day, everyday!

Over the years, our trainers have worked with hundreds of clients of different ages, fitness levels and from all walks of life. We have developed a training strategy that focuses on improving the overall qualify of life of our clients by increasing their total body strength, boosting their energy levels, firming and toning their muscles and helping them gain confidence in their ability to move. Our program can be applied to anyone: from the weekend tennis player that wants to increase his or her stamina on the court, to the mother of three that wants to lose a little weight, to the elderly couple that wants to be able to remain strong and active well into their nineties.

We’ve built our full-body strength programs around basic human movements like squatting, lunging, bending, pushing, pulling and rotating. What does that mean to you? First, all of these movements mimic similar actions that you perform in your day-to-day activities. For example, when you sit in a chair, you’re performing a squat. When you start your lawnmower, you’re pulling and rotating at the same time. Our exercise program is designed to make you stronger during these routine activities and help prevent injuries. We won’t waste your time working on just one tiny muscle group; instead we’ll use exercises that hit dozens of muscles at the same time. That means you’ll work harder, burn more calories, lose weight faster and get stronger in less time!
